Lentil, Kale, White Bean Stew

Ingredients
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 clove Garlic 1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 2 cup Stewed Tomatoes, (pulse on blender to cut up in smaller chunks)2 tsp Knorr Chicken Bouillon .5 cup Lentils 2 cup, chopped Kale 2 cup Bush's Great White Northern Beans
Directions
Saute onions , garlic and carrots in olive oil for approximately five minutes. Add stewed tomatoes, lentils, kale,
bouillon and water. Cook on low for 40 min. Add beans and simmer for another 10 min.
