350 gram(s) Mandarin organic pressed tofu 1 square (by METAMORPH2010) 0.25 cup Red Bell Pepper Chopped Raw (by JENIFERS) 0.5 cup Red Onion, raw (chopped) (by KINGTERMITE) 0.06 cup Tomato Paste 0.18 cup Fresh Tomato (Chopped or Sliced) (180g) (by MKNIOLA) 10 tbsp Dairyland Whipping Cream (35% MF) (by TEAPEBBLE) 0.5 tbsp National Chicken Tikka Spice mix (by JHUMDEB) 1 tsp Paprika 0.25 cup Coriander (cilantro) leaves, raw (by GUNN_PARKER) 2 tbsp Foremost Sour Cream - Full fat 14%MF (by MELANDJER) 1 tbsp Butter, unsalted 3 tsp chilli powder (by CYMRUGIRL1) 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste (by MAGSINATOR) 28 gram(s) Avocado Oil - Chosen Foods - 1 TBSP
marinate tofu with melted butter, 0.5 tbsp garlic ginger paste, butter, chilli powder, tikka masala, salt,sour cream for 30 min to one hour. Then bake them at 350 deg F for 12 min or until crisp.
Then make the sauce. In hot oil pan, fry chopped onion then add garlic and ginger paste. When onion becomes light brown, add tomato paste, all spices and cream. Then add chopped red bell pepper and baked tofu. cover with lid and let it cook in low heat for 15 min. Add salt and chopped cilantro.
