24.0 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast0.25 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated0.5 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup1.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil1.0 tsp Onion powder1.0 tsp Garlic powder0.5 tsp Salt1.0 tsp Rosemary, driedMix dry ingredients and crust the chicken breast. I usually rinse my chicken and leave it damp.
