Cauliflower pizza

Ingredients
453.0 Grams Cauliflower, raw4.0 oz Goat Cheese, Soft1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw6.0 oz Bel Gioioso Fresh Mozzerella all-natural cheese2.0 oz Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes)
Directions
rice and cook 1 lb cauliflower Pour cooked cauliflower into clean thin cotton dishtowel. Wrap in towel and squeeze to drain well. Combine cauliflower, goat cheese, beaten egg, salt and Italian seasoning in mixing bowl. Spread thinly on well -greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400° Fahrenheit for 10 minutes Gently turn crust and bake for another 7 minutes Top with sliced mozzarella and diced tomatoes. Put back in oven for 6 minutes to melt cheese/ heat toppings. Serve hot.
