Ingredients
--- crust ---1 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup .5 stick Butter, salted 2 oz (10-12 kernels) Macadamia Nuts 10 almond Almonds 0.5 cup shelled (50 halves) Walnuts 3 large Egg Yolk --- filling ---18 oz Cream Cheese 5 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 10.5 oz Goat Cheese, Soft 3 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
mix crust ingredients in a food processor until it makes a crumbly dough. bake at 325 for 10 minutes.

blend all other ingredients at room temperature until smooth. pour over crust in pan. add a pan of water to the lower rack of the oven. bake cheesecake for one hour or until it's mostly set and just a tiny bit jiggly in the middle.

let cool for 15 minutes and slide a knife around the edge to loosen cheesecake. let cool completely and remove sides of springform pan. cover, and refrigerate until chilled completely.
