454 grams (1 lb) 93% lean ground beef1 onion1 green bell pepper3 grams (.5 tsp) salt 7 grams (1 tbsp) chili powder 10 grams (2 tsp) Worcestershire sauce 680 grams (24 oz can or jar) tomato sauce 880 grams (2 16 oz cans) black beans 440 grams (16 oz can) light red kidney beans411 grams (14.5 oz can) diced tomatoes170 grams (6 oz can) tomato paste
Chop onions and green pepper.
Brown the ground beef; halfway through browning, add onion and green pepper.
Pour into slow cooker.
Stir in other ingredients.
Cover.
Cook on high 3 hours, or low 7-8 hours.
