Ingredients
1.0 cup Sour Cream1.0 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas)3.0 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw2.0 cup Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, 1 serving =.25 cup dry1.5 cup Bush's, Black Beans5.0 serving Gorton's Skillet Crisp Tilapia, Garlic and Herb4.0 tbsp Lime Juice, juice of 1 lime400.0 grams Cilantro, raw
Directions
Cook fish, flake. Cook quinoa. Chop vegetables. Mash avocado and add sour cream, lime. Salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste. Toss in salad bowl. Use salsa if desired. Serving Size: 3 cups
