Black Bean salad

1 Red bell pepper, diced1 Yellow bell pepper, diced1 Green bell pepper, diced½ cup onion, diced1 box frozen corn, thawed2 large cloves garlic, finely chopped2 tbsp cilantro, chopped½ cup olive oil3 tbsp red wine vinegarJuice of one lime1 15 oz. can of black beans
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Salt and pepper to taste. chill before serving.
