2 medium (2-1/2" dia) (approx 4 Peaches, fresh 0.66 cup Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, 1 serving =.25 cup dry 3.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 2 serving Sweet 'N Low Sweetner Packet (by BOBCLARK8604) .25 tsp Vanilla Extract .5 tsp Salt 0.75 cup Cereal Quaker Oatmeal Reg 1/2c dry = 150cals (40g) Old Fashioned Oats Whole Grain Regular 5 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Original, shelf stable
Dice the peaches (do not peel), removing the seeds; set aside. Rinse the quinoa; set aside.
2. Bring the water, sweetner, extract, and salt to a boil in a large saucepan over high heat. Stir in the quinoa, oats, and three-quarters of the diced peaches and bring back to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, until the quinoa and oats are cooked through, about 18 minutes.
3. Stir in the almond milk and stir until fully heated through, about 2 minutes.
4. Transfer to bowls, top with the remaining diced peaches,
