Ingredients
1.0 cup, chopped Carrots, raw1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw2.0 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw1.0 cup, chopped or sliced Red Ripe Tomatoes4.0 leg, bone and skin removed Chicken Leg2.0 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk)1.0 packet (6 fl oz prepared) Chicken Broth or Bouillon4.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
Cut up all veggies except potatoes and add to pot with 2 Oz oil. Brown veggies take out and place to the side. Add chicken to hot pot cook till brown add veggies and soup broth mix. Add water and potatoes let pot simmer on medium till ready.
