Ingredients
16 oz Hormel Always Tender Boneless Pork Loin, Fresh Pork 6 cup Swanson - Beef Cooking Stock (by SCHNELLD) 4 serving Green Giant riced Veggies Cauliflower & Broccoli Gluten Free 1 cup = 1 serving (85g) (by DRADISCH) 4 serving Garlic (fresh, raw, 1 clove) (by MYWALK4LIFE)
Directions
put riced cauliflower in the bottom of your crock pot
cut a few 1 inch slits in the pork loin
insert garlic cloves. cover loin with beef stock
Cook on high for 8 hrs.
Use 2 forks to pull apart when done - scoop and serve in a bowl
