Mississippi Pot Roast

Ingredients
3-4lbs Aldi's Premium Beef Chuck Roast 1/2 tsp Salt 1/4 tsp Pepper, black 1/4C Kraft Olive Oil Mayo 4 Mezzetta golden peperoncini (3 peperoncini) 1 tbsp Great Value Apple Cider Vinegar (by TAMMYTH64) 2 Tbsp Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning and Salad Dressing Mix (from 8oz bottle) 1/4 tsp Paprika 6 Tbsp Land O Lakes, Salted Butter
Directions
Salt and Pepper roast on both sides. Put in crockpot. Put 6 Tbsp butter on top and add 4 peperoncini peppers. Put lid on and turn crockpot on high. Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl, spread over top of roast, put lid back on and lower heat to low for 8 hours, or high for about 5 hours. Add carrots and potatoes as desired (not included in nutrition data). Peppers may be removed early for a milder spice.
