Gluten Free Honey Garlic Meatballs

1.0 tbsp Butter, salted2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw6.0 cloves Garlic3.0 tbsp Soy Sauce0.25 cup Honey16.0 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean12.0 serving Ketsup Hunt 1 tbsp1.0 cup Lucerne Whole Milk1.0 cup gillians Italian bread crumbs, gluten free
Combine Turkey, crumbs, eggs, and milk and roll into balls. Place on cookie sheet. Cook at 400° for 15 min.
In seperate pan, while meatballs cook, brown garlic with butter. Once brown add honey, ketsup and soy sauce. Let simmer to thicken.
Pull out meatballs and add to the glaze.
Eat.
Serving Size: Makes 29 medium sized meatballs/ a cookie sheet and a half
