12.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw2.0 tbsp Canola Oil14.0 oz Gimme Lean Sausage Style0.5 cup Milk Whole Vitamin D1.0 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper4.0 oz Cheese - Kraft Sharp Cheddar - Block
Dice bell pepper and sautee in oil over medium heat. Crumble sausage into pan and continue to cook until heated through. Set aside. Whisk eggs and milk together. Spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray. Spread sausage mixture into pan and sprinkle with grated cheese. Pour eggs over the top. Cook at 350° for 30 minutes or until done in the middle.
