Ingredients
Directions
100 mL Heavy Whipping Cream 50 mL Half and Half 1 large Egg 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 Tbs Cacao Powder3 tsp Maple Sugar3 tsp Swerve Granulated 1 pinch Kosher Salt1 Tbs Collagen Peptides
Blend all ingredients together in a blender, except collagen. Add the collagen and pulse gently for ten seconds. Pour mixture into an ice cream maker or slushie cup and process per instructions for about ten minutes, or until desired consitency is achieved. I use a Zoku slushie/milkshake cup.
If you do not have a freezing device, you can make this in the freezer, but it will take much longer. Pour into a cup and place in the freezer. Stir every thirty minutes until dezired consistency is achieved.
