Cauliflower Cakes

Ingredients
2 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower, cooked 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .5 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated 30 gram(s) Bread Crumbs, Panko (Japanese style), Kikkoman-1/2 cup, 30g
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl combine cauliflower, egg, cheese and breadcrumbs.
3. Mash ingredients with a fork until well mixed.
4. Using clean hands form into 8 cakes.
5. Place cakes on prepared baking sheet and spray the tops with cooking spray cooking.
6. Bake for 20 minutes until golden.
7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
8. To make the tops of these cakes extra crispy, broil for 2 to 3 minutes before removing from the oven, making sure they don't burn
