Internet's Best Low-Carb Baked Mayo-Parmesan Chicken

Ingredients
4 Boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts3/4 cup Hellmann's Mayonaise 6 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated 3/4 tsp Poultry seasoning 3/4 tsp Garlic powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 F. Spray baking dish with non-stick spray. Choose a dish just large enough for the chicken. Trim breasts well cutting larger breasts in half if desired (may change serving sizes a bit). Place each piece of chicken in a ziploc bag and use a meat mallet to pound each breast into an even thickness (about 1/2inch thick). Don't pound too long or hard or the chicken will shred apart. Cut small, shallow slits crosswise going down each breast being careful not to cut through. Mix mayo, poultry seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper (optional, to taste) and stir in coarsly grated Parmesan. Put chicken breasts in the pan, use rubber scrapper to spread mayo-parmesan coating over each breat covering entire surface. Bake chicken 30-40 minutes or until chicken is firm and top is nicely browned.
