Ingredients
16 tbsp Skippy Creamy Peanut Butter .5 cup Granulated Sugar 1 cup Oats, Quaker 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1.5 tsp Vanilla Extract 4 tbsp Smuckers Strawberry Jam
Directions
Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl.
Form spoonfuls into balls (smaller than a walnut) and press your finger in to make an indentation. It will look like a little bird nest.
Place on cookie sheet.
Add 1/4 tsp of jam in the indentation of each cookie.
Bake at 170 C / 325 F for 25 minutes.
