4 tbsp Nature's Way EfaGold Cocnut Oil (by GFERBER) 2 tbsp Kerry's Gold Pure Irish Grass-Fed Butter (Unsalted) .5 cup Pumpkin, canned, without salt cinnamonpumpkin pie spiceallspiceliquid stevia to taste
microwave Coconut oil till out. Stir in butter till blended. Stir in pumpkin till smooth. Add spices and stevia until fully blended. USe a tablespoon to put a spoonful at a time on a parchment paper covered cookie sheet. Put in fridge for 10 minutes to firm. Roll each spoonful into a ball, then put back into fridge for at least an hour.
