Sausage and mushroom breakfast casserole

Ingredients
1 lb Italian Sausage, pork 10 oz Baby Bella Mushrooms 2 tbsp fresh Basil, chopped1 tbsp Olive Oil (garlic if you have it)1 tbsp Butter, salted 5.6 oz Black Pearl Sliced Black Olives 550 gram(s) Cole Slaw - 3 Color Deli Cole Slaw 10 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 cup Cento San Marzano Peeled Tomatoes 1 cup Ricotta Cheese, whole milk
Directions
Cook sausage, put in casserole dish (9x 16). Slice mushrooms and saute in same pan, adding 1 tbsp olive oil (used garlic flavored). Put those in casserole dish. Saute the coleslaw mix in the same pan, adding 1 tbsp butter. Add tomatoes, breaking up as you stir. Put in casserole dish. Add sliced mushrooms and chopped fresh basil to dish. Whisk the eggs until smooth, pour into dish and stir everything together. Then put the ricotta on top by spoonfuls. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes (or until cooked through).
