Hot and Spicy Shrimp

Ingredients
1 tbs vegetable oil1/4 c sliced green onion4 cloves garlic12 oz cooked shrimpSauce:4 tbs water2 tbs ketchup1 tbs soy sauce2 tsp cornstarch1 tsp honey1/2 tsp crushed red pepper (more or less to taste)1/4 tsp ground ginger
Directions
Mix sauce ingredients in a bowl and set aside.

Heat oil in a skillet, cook green onion and garlic in oil over medium high heat for about 30 seconds. Cook shrimp. Stir in sauce and cook until bubbly and thick. Enjoy!
