6 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 6 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Coconut Flour (by BABYHUNT) 3 tbsp Coconut oil .08 cup, shredded Coconut, raw 6 tsp Truvia Baking Blend Natural Sweetener with Sugar - serving size 1/2 tsp (2g) 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 3 tsp Vanilla Extract .25 tsp Sea Salt or Pink Salt
Mix together coconut oil, truvia, egg, & vanilla; add dry remaining dry ingredients. Mix until completely incorporated. On parchment paper lined cookie sheet drop cookies by teaspoon (you may need to mash together with your hand). Bake at 350 degree preheated oven for about 6 minutes.
