Garlic & Ginger Shrimp Stir Fry

Ingredients
2 tbsp Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp La Choy Lite Soy Sauce (Low sodium) 2 tsp Argo Cornstarch 1/2 lb Shrimp, raw 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 5 stalks Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk) 2 tsp ginger minced (by MOMMA371)
Directions
Combine oyster sauce, soy sauce and a few green onions (chopped), set aside. Pat the peeled, deveined shrimp very dry with paper towels. Combine shrimp and cornstarch in a bowl and toss to coat. In wok or large saute pan, over high heat, add 1/2 the olive oil. When wok is very hot, sear shrimp on each side for 1 minute each (do not have to be fully ckd.). Remove and set aside. Lower heat to medium and let wok cool a bit. Add remaining oil, green onion, garlic, ginger and stir fry 1 minute, Pour in sauce mixture and add shrimp. Stir fry 1-2 minutes or until shrimp are done. Serve with brown rice or whole grain pasta.
