Low Carb Cheese Danish

Ingredients
4 oz Cream Cheese 1 large Egg Yolk 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract 1/4 tsp Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice1/8 tsp Great Value Stevia2 large Egg, separated1/4 tsp Great Value Stevia1.5 oz Cream Cheese2 tbls Grass Fed Precision ISO Whey Protein, Vanilla 1 1/2 tsp Bob's Red Mill Coconut Flour 1/4 tsp Cream Of Tartar
Directions
Preheat oven 325F, line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. In a mixing bowl, whip cream cheese until smooth. Add 1 egg yolk, vanilla extract, lemon juice, Stevia drops, blend until smooth. Put this mixture into a Ziploc baggie to use for piping. In a clean bowl mix 2 egg yolks with Stevia drops, 1.5 oz cream cheese, whey protein, and coconut flour until smooth. Place aside. In another clean bowl, whip egg whites until frothy. Add cream of tartar and whip to stiff peaks form. Add about 1/3 of egg whites to egg yolk mixture, mix by hand to "lighten" the mixture. Carefully fold in the rest of the egg whites to keep "fluffiness." Spoon onto parchment lined cookie sheet into 6 mounds. Pipe a little of the first cream cheese mixture onto the mounds and lightly swirl them into the mixture. Go back and pipe the rest of the mixture onto the center of each mound. Bake in oven for 20 minutes.
