Ingredients
6.368 cup Aylmer Diced Tomatoes (1/2 cup) (796 ml can)2.16 cup Chick Peas - Arz fine foods (1 cup 250 mls) (540 ml can)6.368 cup Crushed Tomatoes-no name (1/2 cup) (796 ml can)1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 10 clove Garlic 850 gram Chicken Breast- Skinless Raw (by CARLHONTZ) 4 serving Broccoli Slaw - Eat Smart2 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
Directions
Fry chicken, onions garlic until chicken is cooked. Add veggies, tomatoes, chickpeas (blend diced tomatoes & chickpeas ) put all in a large saucepan. Cook until boiling turn heat down simmer until veggies cooked.
