Broccoli egg muffins

Ingredients
12 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 4 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
Directions
saute chopped onion and chopped broccoli in coconut oil until soft.
Mix eggs in large bowl and add veggie mix.
Pour mix in muffin tins
Bake 350 20 minutes or until middle is set.
