Fresh Dill Spread

Ingredients
8 tbsp Philadelphia Light cream cheese (31g) 1 serving Annie's Naturals Consorzio Roasted Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 Tbsp 0.66 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar 4 sprigs Dill weed, fresh .25 tsp Pepper, black
Directions
1. Allow 4 oz of cream cheese to soften at room temperature
2. Measure 1 tablespoon of flavored olive oil, I use garlic
3. Add 1/2 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar, I used sicilian lemon flavor
4. Cut up fresh dill sprigs, approximately 2 tsps
5. Add a generous sprinkle (about 1/4 tsp) of fresh ground black pepper
6. Mix all ingredients well until smooth and creamy
7. Enjoy!

Serving Size: 2 Tablespoons per serving for 8 servings.
