Ingredients
3 serving Chicken - Boneless & Skinless Breast (4 ounces) 2 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 7 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 7 clove Garlic 2 tsp Thyme, ground 1 tsp Morton Iodized Salt 6 serving Broth, chicken: College Inn, Light & Fat Free, 50% less Sodium, Chicken Broth, 1 cup/serv 12 tbsp Instant Skim Milk Powder (Fat Free) (by KRISTAHUGHES1) 4 cups of water1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Saute onions, garlic, carrots, celery and thyme together until onions sweat and turn clear. Add chicken breasts and cover, reduce heat, turning chicken breasts, until cooked through. Cut or tear chicken to pieces. Add broth, instant milk powder, salt, and four cups of water. simmer over low-medium heat for 15 minutes. Add gnocchi or dumplings and finish, serve, and enjoy.
