20 oz Ground Beef (97% lean) (by MILUM4) 1 serving Boiled Cabbage, 1 head (by MOMOF6BOYS) 1.5 cup Hunt's Diced Tomatoes w/Green Pepper, Celery & Onion (by KATVHALE) 1 large Egg white, fresh .5 cup Tomato Sauce
Par boil head of cabbage and separate leaves. DeRib each leaf of the hard rib. Mix ground beef with 1 whole can of Hunts diced tomatoes, peppers, celery and onion and an egg and mix with favorite spices, i.e., steak seasoning, Italian spices, garlic, onion, etc.
Roll 2.5 oz. of mixture in a leaf and place in baking pan. Pour another can of diced tomatoes and a small can of tomato sauce on top of the little cabbage rolls and sprinkle parmesan cheese on top and bake. 350 degrees for about 30-45 minutes.
