Almond Flour Crust

Ingredients
6 serving Stevia in the Raw 4 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup .25 tsp Almond Extract (by CRANKYGIRL) 2 tbsp Coconut Oil 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Directions
Mix dry ingredients with fork, create well in the middle of bowl. Add Almond extract, Egg, and coconut oil. I refrigerated my coconut oil to help make fluffy, flaky crust. Mix until it forms a ball, I used fork. You can use food processer or by hand like I prefer to do.

This makes enough for a 9 inch pie crust, double the receipe if you want a top to your pie.
