3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .75 cup Egg whites, Naturegg Simply Egg Whites, 1/4 cup = 2 egg whites 16 oz appleton farms premium pork sausage (by SHELLEY0930) 2 cup Aldi's Happy Farms Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese (1/4 C) .5 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream 2 tsp Salt 2 tsp Pepper, black 2 tsp No Salt potassium chloride salt substitute (by CAMRYMAN)
Cook sausage in pan and drain. Crack eggs into bowl and mix, add egg whites and mix more, add cream and mix more, add cheese and mix, add seasoning mix and mix, wait until cooked and drained sausage has cooled off and add that into the bowl, mix some more. Scoop the contents of the bowl into a greased 9 by 9 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for about 50 minutes, give or tke 5 minutes.
