1.0 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour4.0 tbsp Carnation 2% lowfat evaporated milk0.75 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap2.0 tbsp Butter, salted0.25 tsp Salt2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Directions
Mix everything together make sure to melt butter. Heat pan on med use quarter cup for batter. Cook on med flip once place to the side
