Ingredients
3 cups rolled oats2 tbsp sugarpinch salt1/2 cup chopped almonds2 tbsp canola oil6 tbsp mild honey1/2 cup chopped chocolate
Directions
Preheat oven to 300 F. Mix oats, sugar, salt, and almonds in a large bowl. Combine honey and oil in small saucepan on medium-low heat and stir gently until honey has a runny consistency. Combine honey mixture with oats mixture and stir to coat. Spread on baking sheet, bake for 20 minutes or until golden. Cool completely, add chocolate and mix, and store in an air-tight container.
