Ingredients

    1.75 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    1 cup Almond Flour -
    1.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    1 tsp Ginger, ground
    .5 tsp ground mace
    0.5 tsp Diamond Crystal - Kosher Salt
    .5 tsp Pepper, black
    1 cup Honey
    .5 cup Milk Reduced Fat Milk 2% Great Value
    2 large Egg white, fresh
    .5 oz Ginger, Crystallized minced
    3 tsp Ginger Root grated
    1 tbsp Orange Peel zested
    1 stick Butter, unsalted melted (and additional for greasing pan)

Directions

mix all dry ingredients in a bowl, in 2nd bowl mix melted butter with honey until well blended, add milk , eggs, crystallized ginger fresh ginger and orange zest whisk until well blended add the flour mixture and fold gently until well blended. Bake in greased loaf pan at 325 degree oven. 60- 70 minutes.
Do Not Use Anything But BUTTER to grease the pan. Let cool on a rack.
