Cauliflower Salad

Ingredients
1 head, small (4" dia) Cauliflower, raw 0.5 large Onions, raw 1 cup (not packed) Raisins .5 cup pieces or chips Walnuts 2 oz Cheddar Cheese 2 large Hard Boiled Egg
Directions
In food processor pulse cauliflower and cheese till they look like rice.
Dice half a large red onion, 2 large eggs.
Stir all ingredients together in a large bowl.
Measure out 9 loosely packed 1 cup servings
