1 serving Taco Seasoning Packet (Low Sodium) (by ASHCML) 1 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk) 3 gram(s) Fresh Garlic (1 clove = 3g) (by AMBUDMAN) 1 serving Aldi's Fit & Active Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese - 1/4 cup (28g/1 oz)/serving 24 oz Ground beef, lean 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 serving Kraft Natural Sharp Cheddar Cheese Cubes (7 pieces) (by EBASNIGHT)
Preheat oven to 425. Beat eggs in medium size bowl, add remaining ingredients except cheese mixing well to combined. Mold 1 tablespoon of meat around 1 cube of cheese enclosing the cheese to make a small shaped meatball. Lightly grease edged cookie sheet and place all meatballs on it. Place tray in preheated oven and cook for 7-10 minute or until meat is done and cheese melting through meat.
