2.0 oz Cheese--Philadelphia Cream Cheese 1/3 less fat5.0 serving Frigo Cheese heads String Cheese 100% natural string cheese2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.25 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup6.0 tbsp coconut flour Bob''s red Mill
Preheat oven to 425°
Cover pan with parchment paper
Beat eggs
Melt cheeses in microwave 90 seconds
Stir eggs and flours into cheese, then kneed until a dough forms
Roll out onto prepared pan
Poke holes in crust to prevent bubbles
Bake 9-16 minutes, until golden brown. Then add toppings. And bake another 10 minutes
