Breakfast banana bars

Ingredients
3.0 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh6.0 serving Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Rolled Oats15.0 gram Chia Seed - Spectrum Organic Essentials (1T/12g)3.0 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)1.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
Peel 3 bananas (old and browner the better). Mash in mixing bowl. Add 1 T chia seeds and 3 T ground flax. Add 1 tsp cinnamon and 1 tsp vanilla extract. Mash. Add 3 cups oats. Mix with rubber scraper. Press into glass pan. Bake at 325° for 9-13 minutes. Cut into 16 pieces. Kids love to help! Easy beginner recipe!
