tofu feta for cheese lovers

Ingredients
2 cups of extra firm tofugarlic salt 2 tsp basil1 tsp garlic
Directions
Take Tofu out of water and put in large bowl. In bowl combine Garlic, Garlic Salt, and Basil. Mix into a consistency you feel works. Good for topping salads, eating with marinated squach and other grilled veggies. Also amazing with pita or bread. Please throw in any other suggestions or revisions.
