Stuffed bell peppers

Ingredients
6.0 large Sweet peppers (bell)1 lb Beef, 90% Lean Ground Beef 0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw14.5 oz Diced Tomatoes (in Tomato juice)0.5 cup Minute Rice Instant White Rice (1/2 Cup Dry = 1 Cup Prepared)0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap1.0 tsp Accent1.0 tsp Worcestershire Sauce1.0 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese1
Directions
Cut tops of peppers, chop enough of tops to make 1/4 cup. Boil whole peppers in water for 5 min. Sprinkle with Accent. Cook ground beef, onion and 1/4 c of peppers in skillet. Add undrained tomatoes, uncooked rice, Worcestershire sauce and a dash of pepper. Boil, reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 20 mins. Stir in cheese. Stuff peppers. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 mins.
