Blackberry Almond Smoothie

Ingredients
113.0 gram Yogurt, Chobani, Plain non-fat Greek yogurt 6 oz 170g0.5 cup Milk, Soy, Organic, Unsweetened, SILK (1cp/8oz)0.5 serving Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry)0.5 oz Almonds - Sliced - Fisher Naturals - 1 Tablespoon0.75 cup, unthawed Blackberries, frozen (unsweetened)
Directions
1. Add soy milk and greek yogurt to a large mug/glass. Blend 2. Add oatmeal Blend 3. Add sliced almonds Blend 4. Add frozen blackberries. Blend one more time. Sip through a straw and enjoy. I used an emersion blender in a very large mug. By blending between each dry ingredient it makes for a smoothie consistency. Hee, hee, smoothie for smoother.
