4 sheets Seaweed, laver .25 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 1 serving Avacado (Whole) .25 cup Mung beans, mature seeds, sprouted, cooked, boiled 2 oz Radish, Fresh .25 cup Chickpeas (garbanzo beans) cooked from dry beans 1 tbsp Soy Sauce Lettuce
Directions
Slice veggies, mash avacado on nori sheet, lay out veggies, roll th n slice.
