1 lb Hamburger (85%)1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 4 cloves Garlic, minced0.5 cup dry gluten free Oatmeal (plain) 1 cup Pace Chunky Salsa - Medium 0.5 cup Organic Whole Milk Plain Kefir 3 tbsp Chia Seed
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine all the ingredients
Using an ice cream scoop, divide evenly into muffin tins.
Cook for 25 minutes at 350.
Allow to sit for about 5 minutes before serving.
