4.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 tsp Garlic powder1.0 tsp Ginger, ground1.0 cup, chopped Carrots, raw1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw0.75 cup Barley, pearled, raw2.0 tsp Watkins Chicken Soup and Gravy Base3.0 tbsp Kikkoman Low Sodium Soy Sauce85.0 gram(s) Snap peas, Mann's Sugar Snap peas (1serving = 1 cup or 85g)1.0 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
Directions
Cook barely according to package directions but adding soup base. Remove from pan. Cook veggies and add remaining ingredients. Add back barley and mix. Serving Size: Makes 4 large servings
