2 oz Cream Cheese 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 serving Sweetleaf Sweet Drops Vanilla Stevia (by JULI64)
In a large mug soften cream cheese in a microwave for about 20 seconds. Whisk in eggs and 1 squirt of the Sweetleaf Drops until most of the cream cheese is blended in. Place back in microwave for 45 seconds. It will not be done at this point, whisk it again microwave it for 2 minutes more. If it's not done, add 20 seconds. Turn out onto a plate and top with 1 tsp. of sugar free caramel syrup. Serve. Enjoy!
