8 oz Ground beef 1 oz Kraft 2% Mild Cheddar Cheese cubed into 4 cubes1 oz Kraft 2% Mild Cheddar Cheese cut into 2 slices2 slices Maple Leaf Bacon- cooked0.25 tsp Garlic powder 0.5 tsp Pepper, black 0.5 tbsp Butter, salted
In bowl combine seasoning and beef mix well. Cook bacon, cut each piece into 2, set aside. Cut cheese and set aside. Form beef into 2- 4oz patties, place 2 cheese cubes in center of each patty and enclose cheese with meat ( no cheese showing ). Heat butter in frying pan then place burgers in, cook 3-4 min then flip and cook another 3-4 min ( I don't like pink in mine) after a few minutes add 2 slices of bacon to top and cover with cheese slice cover with lid and turn off heat. Remove once cheese is melted. Add a side of vegetables and your good to go.
