Ingredients
2.0 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh4.0 cup Summer Squash, Cooked (sliced) (yellow squash; zucchini; squash, NS as to summer or winter)1.0 large Onions, raw1.0 tbsp Olive Oil1.0 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar1.0 tsp Salt
Directions
Dice in bite size pieces. Toss with oil, vinegar and salt. Grill in basket over medium heat, stirring often.
