Ingredients
1.25 cup Canola Oil 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .5 tsp dry mustard powder (by ANDY99) .5 tsp Salt 2.5 fl oz Lemon Juice
Directions
Place 1/4 cup of the oil, the egg, mustard powder, and salt in a blender or food processor. Mix thoroughly. While the food processor or blender is running, slowly drizzle in the remaining 1 cup oil. After you've added all the oil and the mixture has emulsified, add the lemon juice, blending on low or stirring to incorporate.
