Mom's real veggie quiche

2.0 cup Spinach, frozen5.0 cup, chopped Broccoli, fresh5.0 cup Cauliflower, raw5.0 cup, strips Celery, raw290.0 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw1.0 cup Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese1.0 tbsp Pepper, black1.0 tbsp Onion powder
Blend / puree spinach. Celery, red bell pepper. Drain as much liquid as possible. Blend/puree rest of veggies. Mix in pepper and onion powder. Mix in cheese and everything. Put in 1 1/2 inch thick pan by 12-18 inches long. Fill pan half full. Not sure how many pans you need. You can also add bacon bits (real or simulated). Preheat oven to 350 degree cook for 20 min. Until it stops bubbling. Once cooked let cool, then cut in about 9 pieces.
