Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole

Ingredients
6 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 6 oz blackforest ham slices, cut into pieces5 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, shredded0.5 cup Butter, salted, softened6 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese 3 tsp Mustard, Dijion, Great Value (by AKHAPPIE) 2 tbsp Lemon juice 1 serving Clancy's Pork Rinds original - 1/2 oz or 9 med pcs
Directions
Lightly grease casserole pan, place shredded chicken spreading out along bottom of pan. Chop up ham and layer it over chicken.
In a bowl mix softened butter with cream cheese, mustard, lemon juice mix well to make a sauce. Pour sauce over ham and chicken, evenly spreading out covering meat. Crush pork rind into bread crumb. Sprinkle mozzarella over sauce then crushed pork rind. Bake for 30- 40, then broil for 2 minutes watch it carefully so not to burn. remove and serve.
